Operational Track Record:
A minimum operational history of three years, ensuring business stability, proven management capabilities, and market resilience.
Profitability Metrics:
A consistent annual net profit margin of at least 15 to 20%, indicating strong financial health, efficient cost management, and sustainable revenue generation.
Capital Utilization:
Investment proceeds must be allocated toward business expansion, capacity enhancement, and growth initiatives. We do not finance debt restructuring or repayment, as our focus is on driving strategic growth and operational efficiency.
